§ 01 · THE LAYER

Your contracts, compiled and in force.

The Agreement Layer turns signed words into tests that run. Clauses, caps, mandates and rate cards become predicates, each traced to the page it came from.

A CLAUSE THAT DOES NOT COMPILE IS DECLARED, NEVER PROXIED
CLAUSES Caps, panels, windows, evidence requirements and rate cards, each versioned by effective date.
MANDATES Who may commit what, to which ceiling, under whose delegation.
AMENDMENTS Changes compile forward only. The layer answers what was true on a date, not what is true today.
DECLARED GAPS Terms that cannot classify — quality of workmanship, undefined referents — named as gaps and left uncompiled.
WE WILL NOT Infer a term. If the words do not say it, the layer does not hold it.
§ 02 · COMPILATION

Nine predicates, two of them domain.

Seven predicates travel to any industry unchanged. Two assume a fleet. Every test runs against the rate in force on the event date.

duplicate_within_window UNIVERSAL Whether the same economic event has already settled once.
subject_class_eligible DOMAIN Whether the asset class is eligible for the service under the agreement.
boundary_from_telemetry DOMAIN Odometer and service-interval boundaries from telemetry exports.
§ 03 · STANDING

Asked before the act is judged.

Standing is three tests, checked at every event. Fail one and the event is HELD on the prior question, not judged on merit.

IDENTITY
A known actor, named in the register — a person, an agent or a service account.

COVERAGE
A mandate that covers this class of work, at this value, for this counterparty.

CURRENCY
That mandate still in force at the moment of asking, not merely once granted.
WE WILL NOT Treat standing as a permission flag. It is constitutional, checked every time, lost by one breach.
§ 04 · LINEAGE

Every finding carries its chain.

A verdict without lineage is inadmissible. Each judgement links back through seven steps to the quoted words on the page.

Three tiers, told apart by who may type there. An authority the governed party can edit is not an authority.
