5 Living Contracts will be drafted, 3 will go live immediately against your existing suppliers, and 2 will go out to bid through the Hub. You’ll see your first counter-signs and your first work orders settle within 24h. At 8% projected-saving floor and rate ceiling 1.25×, roughly 92% of your activity will resolve inside policy on day one.
First 30 days, no take-rate. After that, 20% of measured savings against your $284,600 baseline. Cancel anytime.
